Description
Shape typology: rectangular. The decoration is spread over the entire surface. Decorative composition and categories of motifs: a central field enclosed within a double border, differentiated in size and type of composition; geometric motifs: wolf's teeth (borders), vegetal-floral motifs specific to Oltenian weavings: tulip sprigs (wide border), mallow flowers with leaves (narrow border), pearl branches, rosebuds, mallow flowers, avimorphic motifs (cockerel). Color palette: faded navy blue background and white (borders), red (central field); motifs in: white, brownish, olive green, red, black. The conservation state is good, with some faded areas.
