85. Icon on wood, "Jesus Pantocrator", painted by Dumitru, Transylvania, 1796, rare piece, collectible

Jesus Christ, depicted below the waist, dressed in a red chiton and blue himation, blesses with the right hand and holds the open Gospel with the left. In white Cyrillic, on either side of the Savior, a fragmentary text of the donation is preserved ("This icon was paid by Gheorghe Costa ..."), the signature ("Dumitru the painter") and the year ("1796").
