This document is a medieval manuscript written on parchment by Lepadat Logofăt, issued at the princely residence in Târgoviște by Voivode Gavril Movilă (1618-1620) on January 22, 1619 (year 7127). It is written in Old Slavonic, which was the language of culture and official chancery during the Middle Ages. The text confirms the donation (danie) from the princesses Anca and Serafina to Precisa and Calotă, servants of their father, Lupu Paharnicul. The donation consists of the village Ponărăl in Mehedinți County, offered as a reward for bringing the unburied body of Paharnicul, who was killed at the Battle of Ciocănești and buried at Tismana Monastery. The document also mentions an agreement between Precisa and Calotă, whereby the latter received 8000 aspers and a bull in exchange for relinquishing his part of the village to Precisa. The manuscript has irregular edges and shows signs of later repairs. At the bottom of the page, there is a note in Romanian referring to an event on December 20, 1785, when this document was
