The work begins with two splendid engravings depicting the portraits of King Carol I and Queen Elisabeth and ends with a colored map of the Kingdom of Romania. The main cover is richly decorated with an allegory illustrating Romania, with the kingdom's coat of arms on the left side. The copy, in a good state of preservation, is part of the luxury edition published in Germany. On the inside of the main cover, in the upper left corner, there is an ex-libris Ion I.C. Brătianu in lithographic form.
