The Organization "Scouts of Romania" appeared in 1914 after the British model initiated for the first time by General Baden Powell. The first commander of the Romanian scouts was Carol, then the hereditary prince of the throne. He was also the one to disband the scouts in 1938 when he replaced it with the organization "Country Guard" subordinate to his politics. Jamborees were the annual scout gatherings during which competitions, expeditions, and conferences took place. The poster, beautifully illustrated, announced the event which took place in Sibiu from July 5 to 31, 1932. It was printed by Marvan publishing house in Bucharest.
