Moon Jar refers to those ceramic vessels made from a traditional porcelain, specific to South Korea, the host country of the 2018 Winter Olympics. The name of the vessels refers to the shape and color specific to the astral moment of the full moon. With the 2018 Olympics, a limited edition, collection, of such ceramic vessels was launched, each one depicting a specific moment in the history of the Olympics, such as: the appearance of the podium with three laureates; the symbolic lighting for the first time, of the Olympic flame during the Winter Olympics; the blossoming of cherry trees during the games from Vancouver, 2010, hence the name of "spring games" etc. Accentuating the historic moment of 2018, this collector's item is part of an edition of only 2018 pieces.
