Brownings High Power este un pistol militar semi-automat, inventat de John Browning în anii "20 la solicitarea Fabrique Nationale din Belgia. Brownings cedase drepturile pentru M1911 către Colt, asfel încât a fost nevoit să conceapă o armă complet nouă. Pistoalele Brownings au fost folosite la scară largă în timpul celui de-al doilea Război Mondial și continuă să fie folosite până astăzi, inclusiv în actualul War on Terror.
