Starting from his first personal exhibition and , the themes and style of his works were gradually defined over time, including everything that pertains to history, collective and individual memory. Many of the motifs tackled by the artist can be found in the oppressive-impenetrable interior spaces, underground realms whose architecture and content are characterized by anachronism. His works allow us to notice the depths of suggestive sites, where nebulous images from Eastern Europe’s history shroud the onlooker with immeasurable force. The image of the exploded bomb, like an undermining of the historical narrative, brings out feelings of anxiety and vulnerability, deeply buried in the collective conscience.
