The copy is part of the exquisite first edition of Jules Verne's adventure novels, published by the Parisian publishing house that launched him, Hetzel. With 154 heliogravures painted by Ferat and engraved by Barbant, the volume is bound in richly decorated leather covers with gilded edge.
