Historian Alexandru Lapedatu (Lăpedatu, 1876-1950) was several times a Liberal minister and parliamentarian, member of the Romanian Academy. In his capacity as Minister of Culture and Arts he published this article on the 10th anniversary of the founding of the Czechoslovak state.
