The collection includes issues 1 to 20, 22 to 27 and 29 to 33. "Bilete de papagal" was a newspaper published on February 2, 1928 by Tudor Arghezi, open mainly to all established writers, but also to young talents. The newspaper was very small in size, being published in 4 pages of 32×12 cm. The first issues of "Bilete de papagal" were printed in the printing house set up in the courtyard of Tudor Arghezi's house, hosting now the Tudor Arghezi Memorial House. The first two issues of the newspaper were written entirely by Tudor Arghezi himself. Starting with the third issue, collaborations appeared. Thus, in issue 3, George Topîrceanu signed two parodies ("Psalm" and "Utrenie"), after two poems signed by Arghezi in the volume Cuvinte potrivite as well as two other original parodies. Issue 4 was written by Otilia Cazimir and issue 5 by Felix Aderca. Issue 9 was written by Ionel Teodoreanu and issue 16 by Urmuz, together with the director of the publication.
