The poet Vasile Alecsandri captured by one of the most important photographers of Iași, Nestor Heck, in a photo taken around 1880. The photographic paper is attached to an original cardboard with the logo of the photographic studio on the back. At the bottom, there is a handwritten dedication by the poet to a family of French friends, signed by Vasile Alecsandri. The dedication and signature give the piece a unique character.
