Moses Rosen, Chief Rabbi of the Mosaic Cult in Romania between 1948 and 1994, sent a beautiful letter of congratulations to the writer Gala Galaction on the occasion of his 75th birthday. The correspondence is written and hand signed in blue ink. The document has the Rabbi's letterhead, which is also on the original envelope that was kept with the letter. On the envelope there is also a handwritten inscription by Galaction in the form "I have answered".
