The developed theme refers to "Social Christianity", and the text includes a mixture of praises for the Soviet Union, historical data interpreted from a left-wing perspective, and positive mentions of King Michael. The copy in the Official Gazette is circulated by mail and has in the upper right corner a holographic note by Galaction.
