Gen. Constantin Doncea's Collection. Constantin Doncea (1904-1973) was an acting member of the Central Committee of the Romanian Labour Party (1948-1958), held functions in the mayor's office in Bucharest (nov. 1947 to february 1948), vice-minister in Public Works Office (1948 and 1950), and between 1956 and 1957 was a Finance Minister in Chivu Stoica's Cabinet.
