Setul este alcătuit dintr-o cutie pentru păstrarea accesoriilor, precum agrafe, radiere, capse etc., o casetă destinată hârtiei de corespondență și o mapă de birou. Cele trei piese sunt confecționate din piele, cu interiorul îmbrăcat în satin, decorate cu inițialele personajelor cărora le erau destinate, Nicolae Ceaușescu (NC), respectiv Elena Ceaușescu (EC).
