The leaders of the National Peasant Party appear alongside King Carol II, and in the upper and lower portion, the illustration is completed by splendid drawings made by Ary Murnu, inspired by rural life. The copy is part of a very limited test edition, without the actual text. In the lower left corner of the illustration in the lower register, the artist's signature appears in print.
