Scholarship holder of the Young Talents Program of the Royal Foundation Margareta of Romania, recent winner of the "Grisellini Master 2021" trophy, member of UAP Romania, Silviu Preda has made his presence felt on both the Romanian and international art scene in recent years, winning the "Youth Award" - ANNUAL EXHIBITION OF THE VISUAL ARTS 2020 (UAP Timișoara), Prize - "Photography Section" of the International Biennial of Miniature Art Timișoara (2020), First Place at the Analogue Photography Contest (2018), "PHOTO-VIDEO AWARD" - Gala of the Graduates of the Faculty of Arts and Design (2019), Honourable Mention from PH 21 Gallery Budapest (2020) and last but not least the title of "Eminent Student of the Faculty of Arts and Design Timișoara" (2019). Highlights include: EXPO ALUMNI (Timișoara 2020), DIPLOMA (Bucharest 2019), Vision and Concept (Serbia - 2019), Vizualia (Cluj - 2018-2020), respectively EMERGING ARTISTS AWARDS 2020 (Timișoara).
