9. "... point of view - HorseTouch Perspective Workshop" - coaching experience for a team of 8-12 members, using the method of horse-guided education, at Potcoava Mountain Hideaway

"...To see - The HorseTouch Perspective Workshop" is an immersive, memorable learning experience in the company of horses dedicated to teams of 8-12 senior managers. The program contains: - an online session to explore the team's needs and expectations, - a full day of experiential learning alongside horses, at the Potcoava Mountain Hideaway, - a debriefing session, to integrate and transform the experience into concrete steps for the team. The proposed theme: new perspectives on collaboration, leadership, and mutual trust. The design and delivery are carried out by the HorseDream Romania team, with attention to the context and specific objectives of each beneficiary. Meal, bar and accommodation services are available separately, directly through Potcoava Mountain Hideaway.
