Ulysse de Marsillac (1821, France - 1877, Bucharest) was a French journalist who settled in Bucharest in 1852. He was a teacher at the National College, then a professor at the Faculty of Letters. In 1861 he founded the biweekly "La Voix de la Roumanie", which was published until 1866; he was the editor-in-chief of "Le Moniteur Roumain" between 1868 and 1870, and edited "Le Journal de Bucarest" between 1870 and 1876. He also wrote the important book "Guide du Voyageur a Bucarest", published in Bucharest in 1877. The paper has the watermark of "Super Fine Sohleicher & Schull".
