"This art piece illustrates my daily route from home to work and from work to home, analyzed over a six month period. I tried to transform the subway into a pattern so I could perceive it as a less hostile environment. By removing the temporal component and ignoring the fact that the subway is now filthy and worn down, I tried to envision what it looked like when it was built." (Roberta Curcă)
