General Constantin Teodorescu (1863-1942) was one of the commanders of the Romanian army during the campaigns of the First World War. He has remained known to the posterity as one of the main persons responsible for the defeat at Turtucaia. After 1918 until his placement in military the reserve, he performed several secondary administrative functions in the military system.
