The registry includes debriefing notes regarding the charity activity of the society, national and social causes, from the period 1912-1945, including the two wars. Each note is signed clearly and amply by Queen Elisabeth or, as the case may be, by Queen Marie or Queen Helen, along with the Romanian elite at the time (hundreds of signatures and handwritten interventions), such as: Ion I.C. Brătianu, A. Marghiloman, C.C. Arion, Arch. Grigore Cerkez, bishop Nifon, Romniceanu, Cantacuzino, Lahovary, Sutzu, Grădișteanu, Anastase Simu, Miclescu, Bossy, Lucasievici, Halfon, Governor Oromolu, Father Silvestru, Pantazi, Prezan, Dem. Dobrescu, Ghica, Basarab Brâncoveanu, Gigurtu, Malaxa, Bujoiu, Catargi, Alimășteanu, etc.
