Ileana, Princess of Romania (1909, Bucharest - 1991, Pennsylvania) was the youngest daughter of King Ferdinand I and Queen Marie. The Princess noted she enjoyed the landscape in Balchik and was waiting for the yacht "Isprava": "Balcicul este un raiu. Aştept doar ziua să fiu chemată să-mi aduc Isprava pe care am văzut-o la Constanţa şi e o minune" ("Balchik is heaven. All I am waiting for is the day I am called upon to bring Isprava, which I saw in Constanţa and is a wonder"). She loved yachting and she navigated several years with this boat.
