This auction is a tribute to Rene Zdrafcovici, a distinguished connoisseur of all art forms. Intrigued by monumental, powerful figures and rarities, throughout his life Rene Zdrafcovici built an impressive art collection with erudition and passion - from classic Romanian painters to Art Nouveau representatives, from Bohemian glass to the fineness of Scandinavian porcelains, to Neo-Rococo style pieces of furniture to rare icons. The pieces in the auction represent a valuable historical and cultural legacy left by the great explorer and storyteller Rene Zdrafcovici.
