The struggle with destiny under the sign of resignation in the works of Corneliu Baba, Sabin Bălașa's vision of the existence of a Mother Goddess of the Cosmos, the magical and the dreamlike in the works of Ștefan Câlția are just some of the aesthetic-philosophical lines that we propose to you for analysis. The attitude of the rebellious artist, with a cigarette in his hand, from Constantin Piliuță's portraiture or the courage of colour, characteristic of Adrian Ghenie's creation, are not missing either. Discover a special selection of works by master Ciucurencu, his artistic talents being complemented by those of being a mentor, influencing the formation of large collections of the 70s. The selection is completed by the creations of emerging artists, of generation Z, engaged in a socio-political investigation of humanity and whether we are really at the 'end of history', according to Francis Fukuyama's theory.
