The great assets of Romanian art, a special cultural patrimony and a rich artistic heritage are reunited in this season’s most important event of the Romanian art market. A unique event, due to its grandeur and value, it brings together top Romanian artists, from the classics Aman, Grigorescu, Luchian, or Vermont, to the great modernists Petrașcu, Tonitza, Pallady, Ressu, Sion, up to the contemporaries (already become classics) Baba, Ciucurencu, Piliuţă and Bernea. Discover museum masterpieces, iconic works of the artistic movements, as well as prestigious collections: from the Orientalised odalisques by Iosif Iser, to the picturesque national landscapes by Nicolae Grigorescu, the delicacy of Nicolae Tonitza’s pure colours or Ion Ţuculescu’s burst of expressiveness.
